Heartfile's Corporate Social Responsibility Program
The objective of Heartfile's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program is to develop ethical and transparent collaborative linkages with corporate sector partners for improving health outcomes.

Corporate Social Responsibility is the responsibility of the corporate sector towards the society. Many see it as the private sector's way of integrating the economic, social, and environmental imperatives of their activities. It means that, beyond obeying the national and international legal obligations, companies pay greater attention to the human aspects of their activities. Corporate Social Responsibility is one of the most important issues affecting the business world today. It is not about 'doing good', it is not even about 'being seen to be doing good', it is about recognizing a company's responsibility to all its customer groups and acting in their best interest.

Corporate Social Responsibility frequently involves creating innovative and proactive solutions to societal and environmental challenges. Within that context, Heartfile has developed a program that seeks to engage corporate partners in its multi-pronged initiatives.

In a world where reputation is perceived as a company's most valuable asset, the corporate sectors support to Heartfile is expected to empower them to making a meaningful contribution towards creating a better society.

The first project launched as part of Heartfile's Corporate Social Responsibility program is the media-based health education campaign entitled Learn to Live Longer . The campaigns' objective is to influence people to adopt lifestyle modifications that have implications for prolonging life.
