January 21, 2025. Dr Nishtar arrived in Davos for the World Economic Forum, looking forward to
celebrating Gavi’s 25th anniversary while focusing on future goals to protect 500 million children and save
over 8 million lives between 2026–2030. She plans to connect with partners and global health leaders to
explore how innovation and collaboration can tackle major global challenges.
