Nov 30, 2020 -Islamabad: With the commencement of Ehsaas Kafaalat tranche countrywide, SAPM Dr. Sania Nishtar met with the Ehsaas team to review operational matters first thing in the morning. “Integrity and transparency is our core priority in these operations, she emphasized. Later in the day, Dr. Sania virtually convened operational meeting with field stakeholders. “This time we are encouraging beneficiaries of Ehsaas Kafaalat to also use ATMs for receiving payments. The first report from the field (Punjab & Sindh) after a few minutes of opening of payments shows more withdrawals from ATMs compared with withdrawals through agents”, said Dr. Sania while addressing the meeting.
