Keynote address at the UNGA side event organized by Access Accelerated

September 25, 2018, 6 pm: On September 25th, Dr. Sania Nishtar made the fourth keynote speech of the day on sessions associated with the 73rd United Nations General Assembly. She finished the day giving both the opening keynote and speaking on the panel organized by Access Accelerated and the World Bank on Collaborating to Overcome Barriers to Decisive Global and Local Action on NCDs.  “With a clear strategy, dedicated funding, and institutional partnerships, we can work together to translate words into actions.  It is important that this agenda by set by those on the ground”, she said.
