The community component of the Action Plan will be conducted in 12 Districts involving Lady Health Workers of the National Program for Family Planning and Primary Health Care and seven districts involving activists of the WHO Basic Development Needs program.  The strategy being utilized for training Lady Health Workers and trainers has already been piloted and its process validated and evaluated by Heartfile in its project in Lodhran.
