November 7, 2020: SAPM Dr. Sania Nishtar was asked to keynote the National Finals #SheLovesTech 2020; a globally acclaimed women-centric technology start-up competition in Pakistan. CIRCLE, a revolutionary tech start-up from Pakistan, organized National Finals, now the largest in the world. Connecting with incredible women entrepreneurs leading tech start-ups, Dr. Sania stated, “Economic empowerment of women is central to the agenda of Ehsaas.” In this edition, CIRCLE hosted #SheLovesTech in 10 cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad Sukkur, Multan, and Faisalabad etc) across Pakistan, in addition to AJK, while working with different NGOs, academic institutes, incubators and ecosystem partners across the country. CIRCLE also brought key incubators and stakeholders on board to execute the local rounds of the competition. CIRCLE was supported by HBL, Pakistan’s leading bank to take #SheLovesTech Pakistan and grow women in technology.
