Dr Sania Nishtar discusses strategies to increase vaccination awareness with Central African Republic civil society

She emphasised the need for Gavi and partners to follow up on key ideas to ensure remote areas are covered, thanking Minister of Health Pierre Somse, WHO, and UNICEF for their engagement.

Sania holds a consultation with field teams to review Kafaalat cash transfer arrangements

Nov 23, 2020 – Islamabad: In preparation for the Ehsaas Kafaalat cash transfers, Ehsaas held a virtual consultation with the field staff. The consultative meeting was chaired by SAPM Dr. Sania Nishtar. She reviewed arrangements being made nationwide for the disbursement of the next tranche of Ehsaas Kafaalat releasing this week. “It is critical to ensure all standard operating procedures are followed with regard to COVID-19 and deliver quantum change in relation to quality of cash transfers”, said Dr. Nishtar.
